　　Wrong：昨天晚上十一点才我到学校。

　　Right：昨天晚上十一点我才到学校。

　　“才”here is improperly positioned and should be moved to the front of the verb “回”.Occurring with the time phrase “晚上十一点”,it implies that the speaker returned to school very late.

　　Example

　　Wrong：每天八点上课，他常常八点一刻来。

　　Right：每天八点上课，他常常八点一刻才来。

　　“八点一刻”shows that he often comes to class behind schedule,so“才”should be added before“来”to stress unpunctuality.

　　Example

　　Wrong：颐和园不远，但是我们一个小时就能到那儿。

　　Right：颐和园不远，但是我们一个小时才能到那儿。

　　The speaker means that they arrived at the Summer Palace rather late despite a short distance.The adverb “就”indicates that an action is thought to have taken place ahead of time. Thus it can not be used in the follow-up sentence above which expresses adverse relation and should be replaced by“才”.
